Processing Time
All Boricua Mood products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times
— United States: 3–7 business days
— International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us at moodboricua@gmail.com, and we'll make it right. We want you to love your Boricua Mood piece.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we'll take care of you.
